As all our abayas are custom-tailored and prepared upon request, all sales are final; therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been completed.

- Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of preference, size, or color after the order has been processed.
- No refunds are provided for custom-designed products.
